The annual National Schools One Day Event took place at Mayfield on 26 June this year. Despite the blazing heat the day went very smoothly. Mayfield riders once again dominated the leader board, winning both individual and team competitions in class 2.

Cosima Tibbles, year 8, won her arena to lead her team, the Mayfield Courgettes to overall victory in class 2. Emily Erde, year 13 piloted a young horse to victory in her arena. Her team, Mayfield Cauliflowers, finished in third place overall.
