Science Laboratory Technician (Physics)
From September 2019

We are seeking an experienced Science Laboratory Technician to provide technician services to the Science Department, with a particular focus on Physics in KS4 and KS5 and General Science in KS3. The successful candidate would work with members of the Physics Department to provide subject specific support for all lessons within the Department on a daily basis.

MINIBUS DRIVER and Ad Hoc Drivers required

Hours - Part-time, Monday to Friday, morning and evening, term-time +

Pay rate - £11.77 per hour whilst driving; £9.41 per hour waiting time

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated Minibus Driver to join our existing team who provide safe and secure transport to students. 

The successful candidate will have good communication skills, both written and verbal, a sound knowledge of the local area, be sensible and resourceful, and have a positive and flexible working attitude. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills as they will be representing the School at all times.  A clean driving licence is essential and priority will be given to anyone with a Driver Qualification Card.  Please note that drivers must be over 25 years’ of age to comply with our insurance requirements. 

We are currently looking for a driver to take on a regular run both before and after school in and around the Benenden and Cranbrook area.  In addition to these regular hours drivers have the opportunity to undertake ad hoc journeys e.g. airport runs or School outings, if they wish.

We also looking for drivers who want to work on an ad hoc basis choosing when they want to pick up jobs.
